Hate waiting for gear? Support group

So, I'm waiting on a new head and cab......still not here.

Over the past week I have actually been showing signs of deep depression which stems from my anxiety and anticipation. I did however see my card was charged Monday so it must be on its way!

It has only been 3 weeks, thats not really long. I have waited months for a cab before.

Any war stories?

Well i havn't been waiting quite as long, but at the same time i have.....if you know what i mean. I knew what i wanted to get mid November , finally got some cash together with a boost from some Christmas present cash. found some good second hand deals and ordered my gear. currently waiting on:

Warwick profet 3.2 head
Zoom B2
A bunch of cables
Pro Series Rok Sak gig bag
4 bass related books

I ordered 2 cabs on 11/15/08. Found out today that they are setting in the warehouse and supposed to ship friday? Friday I'll go ahead and order another cab for next christmas.

I'm waiting for my db680 and it's killing me, it's only been two weeks, but i've been building a rig over the last couple months and it's just torture to wait for each new piece. I feel your pain. If the fedex man doesn't show up tonight I just can't make it till next year...F*&)^&%$%&%#&%$&%$&!!!!!!!!

Just got an e-mail. One of the two cabs has been shipped with some company called ABF. Freight number given does not work for tracking on the ABF website. Why they didn't ship both cabs together? Guess that would be to easy and the right thing to do!

Things are getting really desperate around my place. i sold my Ampeg cab yesterday and now I have nothing to play on until My Aggie cabs get here. I'm reduced to playing thru my Mac with some headphones. Hurry!

Nice. I've never played through any Warwick amps. My old instructor uses all Warwick gear(amps, basses, cabs) and I loved the way he sounded. Congrats!

I called again today only to find out that they shipped it with Roadway instead of ABF? Delivery date 1/7/09 but I should call my local agent to confirm? So why the ABF link and #? Uuuhhh................?
Why is the Q10 still sitting in warehouse? Why-why-why? Warehouse manager says it will ship today. If not I just might cancel and refuse!
