Head for Aguilar GS-410?

I picked up a used GS-410 for a steal from a nice guy in my area. It was a little impulsive and I ended up spending most of my (already low) budget for a rig I'm putting together for gigging around town. I'm looking for a cheap and solid amp to put on top of it for the time being that'll do the trick at the clubs.

A local shop has a Hartke 3500 for pretty cheap, and as far as price and all around usability, it seems like a decent stand-in. So I have a couple questions: Is there a danger with underpowering a cab like the aguilar(700W @ 4ohms) with an amp like the hartke (350W), any other electrical situations I should beware, and does anyone have any other suggestions for a cheapish head to put on top of this thing while I save for something better ($400 or less)?

I'm sure this has been addressed before, but aggie cabs and aggie amps were made for each other. If you don't wanna drop $1300+ on the big daddy, grab yourself a used AG500. Both combinations sound awesome!
