Headphone Amp Options

I'm not sure if this is the right category for this thread but I figured I would start here. I've combed thru numerous threads, forums and Facebook groups and it doesn't seem like there is a firm definitive answer so I wanted reach out see what everyone thought and if you could offer some feedback based on experience.

I am still a beginner and looking for a portable, easy to use and most importantly, a cost effective headphone practice amp for when I travel for work and am in hotel room and for late night practice at home when everyone is sleeping.

The Phil Jones Bass HA-2 Bighead and Boss Waza-Air wireless headphone amp are more than what I'm looking for right now. With that said I'm torn between the Vox amPlug 2, NUX Mighty Plug MP-2 and the Fender Mustang Micro.

Any thoughts?

I would go for the Vox Amplug. I borrowed a friends to do an AB test against a Phil Jones Bighead (used to own one). The Vox was not the PJB by any means but it was fantastic for the price (assuming you are using decent headphones).
