Heat wave check in

One of the local TV weathermen said we'd have "low humidity" this morning, so I got up at 5:00 AM, got good & hydrated like like I always do before undertaking any yard work, then went outdoors at 8:00 to prune away some storm-damaged limbs out of several trees in our yard, plus some more in the yard of the neighbor who's tree got zapped (a lovely older widda-lady who can't do such stuff herself). By 10:00, the sun was a blast furnace, and I was utterly knackered, soaked with sweat, and on the verge of heat stroke, with a serious headache & nausea setting in. This stuff is nuts. And the "low humidity" weather man is a d@mn liar. :bored:

Stay safe, folks.
