Heavy bass intros

Enoch "Skeeter" Thompson. One of the greatest punk/hardcore bass players ever. His work from jump street is just outfrickingstanding. Dude was a monster. I just wish everyone would dig into Scream's catalog to give this guy the credit he deserves. This is the only intro that came immediately to mind.

This is from a kind of one-hit-wonder that became prominent through TV, used as the intro for Damages. The band is VLA, the song is "When I am through with you". I love this song, not just for the bass. And I love the asthetics of the opening of this TV series. It is really worth to listen to the entire song, but the intro of Damages is just so great. With the bloody hands, the architecture and the black star.
