Hello all you true bass players

For one, I'm not. I'm not sure how many are ya but, I'm a lead guitarist at heart (15 yrs. +) switched to palying bass to save my band. You all can check it all out on our myspace.com/jackvinyl. I am posting in hope to find people like me and in my humbliness to find a bass tone. Any thoughts or suggestions? I'll be most greatful.
