Hey everyone, new member HTSMetal here! I'm getting back into bass after a six year hiatus where I focused primarily on six string guitar. I was asked to go on tour as bassist with a friend's band that just signed with a label, and I'm on the hunt for some new gear and advice from the wise folks here on TalkBass.
I toured playing bass during college with a popular emo/punk act, and shortly thereafter with Sony/ATV artists The North and Douglas Lucas. I was lucky enough to play alongside some of the most popular mainstream acts at the time, including Green Day, New Found Glory, Fall Out Boy, Eve 6, My Chemical Romance, Underoath, Sugarcult, The Bouncing Souls, and too many more to mention! It was unquestionably one of the most magical times of my life, and I'm looking forward to embarking down a new road with this new band.
I also have a popular Link Removed where I review guitars and write jamtracks for use by musicians everywhere. Looking forward to meeting everyone and contributing in any way I can!
