Hello from Florida

Hi to all my new bass fellows. I'm Jeff, 'jbahamas' after my second home in Nassau, and I hope to share opinions and get yours. I'm a guitar/bass/keys player for 30+ years, once full-time pro, now semi-pro and yes, still active. I have, and have had, really good gear all along. Now I've downsized to a 1982 Japanese Fender J-Bass Special with Shallers, BadAss and Bartolinis, an old (and used/abused) Gibson EBO, a Japanese Hofner knock-off, and a recently inherited Hofner 500/1 from mid-60s. I'm still in love with big bad SWR amps but now just have a Workingman's 10w/extension cabinet and a WM 12. Have a couple of other guitars -- an Epiphone Sheraton Elitist and a 25-year-old Washburn "Tanglewood" acoustic. Also, the once-reigning king of performance keys, Ensoniq TS-12, is hooked up to my computer for midi stuff. I look forward to communicating with y'all (as we say in the Southern US!!). Rock on, Jeff
