Hello looking to build a bass guitar

Greetings fellow bassists,
I have been building guitars for a few years now, I want to build a bass guitar now. I love ibanez guitar shapes, but want to do something different, what is the best body size width and length from back of bass to front of the horn(if that's what it's called) I've included a mock up of the design I'm thinking of using. Thanks in advance.

Newb here, but to me, the horn length is more about balance than simply looks.
I HATE NECK DIVE.

And neck thickness, material/shape, headstock shape and tuner weight will affect balance.
Body material density, shape, thickness, cutouts, ect all play a role in balance as well.
Finally strap attachment points.

You've got kinda a Ric/Wall shape going there. How thick are you planing for the body? Which wood(s)? What scale length?
What about the neck and headstock?

Thanks for the reply, for the body I'm thinking black Limba with a quilted red wood top. Still thinking about the neck but something on the lighter side. I'm actually looking at a different body shape now.
