Hello...plus Mesa question

Hey guys. I'm new to the group, though I've been reading Talkbass for quite some time.

Question: Are the newer Powerhouse Mesa Boogie bass cabs the first of their cabs to be front ported? I've noticed several cabs listed on ebay with what appears to be the newer style chrome grills, but some are rear ported and some front ported.
