Hi! Lapsed bassist that just got back into playing after a much too long break (10ish years) . Sold my last bass after my second daughter was born since I never had time and needed the cash (hard times thankfully gone), and have since had a third and now have time to get back up to speed and beyond.
Currently playing a $50 pawn shop special Peavey Milestone III.
Started off on an Ibanez Gio back in 1998, bought a Dean Edge Q4- which was a beautiful blue and I loved the tone, but had super staticky pots. Sold that and bought a Tradition B100 because I loved the finish, hated the fret spacing.
Hoping to cruise the forums and do a much deeper dive into the technical aspects of our beloved instrument. I found talk bass when looking for reviews of basses.
