i want to know what aspects i need to add to get good mids (or whatever i need to help it sound like the bass in this )

Sounds like a pretty ordinary bass tone to me. No chance of getting it without using a pick, though, IMO.

The title would suggest strong drug usage...
like pilotjones said, sounded pretty normal. I think any bass can achieve this sound easy with some eq tweaks on the preamp or amp. Maybe the only design consideration would be that the bass has a bolt on neck, has that Fender sound

no, it is in fact done with real specifications from real sources that tell the tonal properties of these woods, and when you combine them they will hopefully sound like they are supposed to
