Help ID Jazz Body

Picked up this Jazz bass in a trade and was wondering of anyone can tell me what the body is (other than made in 2001)based on the numbers in the neck pocket.
The neck is a new(Dec.2018) Fender replacement.

The way the pickup poles on the neck pickup are positioned way outboard out of alignment looks like a MIM Standard.
