Ummm…so seriously, what if I knew there was a third bass made by Todd Nance?

My best friend, guitar-playing bandmate is in possession of it. He’s the husband to the (remarried) wife of Todd Nance (RIP). It’s a complicated, emotional issue for all involved, as you might imagine.

So this was Todd Nance’s last bass built to SC’s specs. It was 99%+/- finished before Todd died. Missing guitar strap pegs and minor things like that. His wife says this was refined to SC’s feedback from prior demo loaners he gave Stanley Clarke. I do believe this was a passion piece that he was making entirely without commission and had planned on gifting it to him.
