Help identifying a bass

I just saw Red Dragon Cartel with Queensryche the other night and could not get a bead on what bass Ronnie Macuso was playing. It's the same bass in the pic below.

Nobody knows what brand of bass this? I keep searching for similar headstock but can't find anything. Why do I want to know what it is? Because I don't know and not knowing is bugging the poopie out of me.

Looks a little like a Fender Starcaster headstock, but I'm not sure they came with that pickup configuration. Not only that, but it doesn't look like a Fender logo. Perhaps a 1 off by a boutique guy?

I does have a similar headstock just the end is rounded to straight where the starcaster has a dip on the top side.
