Help Identifying a "Fender" Amp Please

So while surfing some local classifieds, I ran across an amp that intrigues me. It is billed as a tube amp and as a Fender but I can't seem to find anything about it anywhere. I would appreciate any insight that the community may have on it. I have asked for more detailed pictures but don't know if I'll get any so I only have the following 2 pics.

I agree. Doesn't seem to be right for any Fender design I'm familiar with but as I'm not an expert in any way I figured I'd ask some on the outside chance that it is something cool.

The only thing I can add is that Radio Shack used to use the "SA" prefix for their line of stereo amps. But why would anyone go to all the trouble of screening the Fender stuff on that amp? Hmm...
