Help identifying a neck

I bought a bass neck for almost nothing, 5 can$, in a garage sale. The guy told me it's a Fender neck. I know it's not Fender. Can you help me identify this neck?

Do you think i can i use it to make a P-bass build?

I'm not a luthier but there seems to be missing a bolt for the trust rod. Do i need to buy something ? (there's a pic in the post)

Not a Fender neck don't know what it is but I know what it is not.

It's a 20 fret neck.
Heel dimension is 2.5''x4''
There's a stamp in the wood that indicate 2009 in the back of the headstock
It's a 24'' scale.
If you look at the pic, there is a small bevel on the border on the headstock opposite side of the peg hole.

Is it 17" from nut to 12th fret or 12" if it is 17" (34" scale) it will probably work for a Fender style pocket, you might need to adjust the heel slightly, and might need to tweak where the bridge lands.

Clearly not a Fender. Maybe "fits a Fender".
On the heel, the truss rod might be adjusted by an allen (hex) key (probably metric).

That’s how I know. Make it a fun project.

Is it 17" from nut to 12th fret or 12" if it is 17" (34" scale) it will probably work for a Fender style pocket, you might need to adjust the heel slightly, and might need to tweak where the bridge lands.

Warmoth publishes this as their bass neck pocket dimensions. They would apply to any body that uses the Fender standard for a bolt on neck.

For the truss rod adjustment, it’s at the heel, I can’t see much detail in the picture but it probably uses a 4 or 5mm hex key.

Looking at it, it seems like you found the headstock.
