Help Identifying Fender (Style?) Bass

Hey all. I play(ed) guitar a bit, but never really bass. A friend gave me this back in the mid 90s I believe and its been sitting in basements or garages since. I'd like to pick up the missing pieces and at a minimum throw it on the wall, or maybe play around a bit on it. This thing has been modded. Was stripped and stained (no original decals or serial). Trying to identify what the model is and trying to find at least a replacement pick guard, bushings for 2 of the tuning keys, one of the knobs and a correct headstock decal.

My guess is this late 80s or early 90s. I assume its a Fender based on what he said back then and the shape, but obviously I am not sure. When I look at pics from that time the main differences I can see is it's got one EMG humbucker pickup, which was clearly added by the wiring, and the bridge has 2 dual saddles instead of 4 individual.

I looked through 100s of replacement pick guards and I couldn't find one that lines up.

Any thoughts on what I have and what to search for to get the parts I need? Thanks.

You know looking at it again I can see what you are saying compared to styles I see searching. The non-tuning key side seems to extend a bit further than others I see. Changed the title. Be cool to know what it is if anyone has any thoughts. I took it apart and cant find any markings. Or if anyone can tell me where I can find a pick guard. Seems to align to a p-bass guard for the most part save the pickup. Thanks for the response.
