If you are in Alberta that is even easier. It is just a matter of the seller willing to put the bass in a box and ship. Unfortunately, some people will prefer not doing this and selling in person only; cash in hand.

As I said to @AB Nate, before the pandemic, there was a store here in Québec City, Denis Musique, that had a bunch of Peaveys that went unsold for a couple years. I checked with them. They found a way to clear their inventory and they are not selling Peaveys ever again. The popularity of brands is really a regional thing. For some reason, the bass you want is usually available from a store 3,000 km away. In the past, I bought a bass from a store in Manitoba and, at another time, from B.C.! Good luck @AB Nate!
