So I had don build me a pair of absolutely beautiful 1x15 cabs for my k-140s and they sounded ridiculously punchy, clean and damn near terrifying when I needed them to be. Problem is, I'm an idiot. I was rushing home from work a few days ago and hastily tossed one of the cabs in the bed of my truck and i took a turn too hard and i flipped the cab right on its side... hard... and then it flipped once more again... hard. Initially I thought everything was ok it didn't have any seeable damage and I figured there was nothing wrong. I had been practicing with it at my house a few hours later and noticed a rattle but didn't jump to conclusions as I've had ghost rattles before because of the room I was in. I hauled it to band practice today hoping for the best but suspecting the worst. It rattled, and got more and more noticeable so I took it out of my rig and just practiced with a single 1x15. I'm not sure if they were rattling before the accident though I'm usually pretty quick to notice anything funky with my rig. So ... help me with some suggestions as to what to do TalkBass, you're my only hope!
