I just had multiples with burst finish. Switch them out. They all look the same you know.At one time I was able to hide close to 25 basses from my wife... trust me... that's a bigger trick than hiding one bass from parents.

Paranormal Squiers are made in China and have been pretty unanimously heralded for being solid, high quality instruments. I own a Paranormal Rascal and there's nothing to complain about QC wise. The only detriment I've heard of the 54 Jazz was that the pickups were a bit weak, but that was from a review I watched and may not be for every example.Squire QC is all over the place in their lower range. Play them both, take home the better of the two. One might just be stellar, and the other a stinker.
For the bestYeah... decided not to get the paranormal, wasn't even in the shop that day, didn't feel motivated to ask for it. Tech was nice, did the repair (broken solder) and replaced wires on the house.
