Help me choose one of this OD's

Hi guys, I need your big help in choosing one of them.
Before the list, my needs.
I currently own a darkglass b7k ultra. I use this to build my sound at 95%, so the pedal is always on, but the distortion is not always on (well, mostly to be honest, cause my circa deathcore band needs distortion)... However, I'd like to have agently overdriven sound when b7k's distortion is switched off, so I thought about putting an OD before the that pedal.
I'm not terribly in a budget, but I also don't want higly priced pedals, because they will be a small part of my tone.
I found three possible alternative paths to choose: 1 bass sucking guitar od+eq pedal after to boost the lost bass frequencies, 2 not so much bass sucking guitar od (which I could balance any eventually slight bass loss with b7k's bass knob) , 3bass od.
So, I thought about these ones,divided in the three rows:

Ts9
Ts808
Clones (such as ehx east river drive, Chinese made but nicely sounding ones, and more...)
+
Any kind og doog eq pedal (i like so much the source audio, which also gives me 4 eq presets)
This solution can be useful case I really love ts' grit, and, more, I'll get many tonal possibilities, such as OD only for a more ore less low fi sound, od+eq, eq only to get a bass boost, and obviously an eq like the source audio, with presets, opens up the tonal possibilities to nearly endless

Please, don't add any, or at least any higher priced than these.

I know. EWS is way more priced than the others, but I just discovered it, and I find it very very interesting, principally for its tone, eq possibilities, dimensions and yes, also look, so that is the only one who is tempting me to spend some extra bucks, and I don't want any other in that position.

So... Can you help me?

I've tried Tube Screamers of various flavor, and with different mods a few times on bass, and even with EQ to correct their drawbacks, I've never really cared for the results.

You might consider looking into a Source Audio Aftershock, since you like the SA EQ pedal.

You should be able to pick a used one up for less than the price of the EWS Stormy pretty easily, and it will have regular and bass optimized Tube Screamer Models, as well as Klon, and all kinds of other OD, Distortion, and Fuzz options. It would be like having all three of your options, plus lots of others all in one pedal with multiple presets.

The TC Electronics Spark is very affordable, and also gets lots of good reviews around here for a budget friendly great sounding overdrive.

Any one of these I would choose: Soul Food, TS808 variant, OCD.

Way Huge Green Rhino is based on the TS and sounds great on bass. I think the Nobels ODR 1 is similar to the Soul Food. I know it's compared to the Klon. Nobels sounds great on bass.

It's very interesting. Unfortunately I can't find any used, only new from more ore less 170.
Way too much.
EWS is high priced but tempting, BUT very not sure about it.

+1 for the Green Rhino - sounds great and very responsive to the dynamics with lower gain settings, and really works well live - cut easily through the mix

I’ve built two pedals based on the Nobels ODR-1, and they just nail it for me.

The Visual Sound Open Road is a high-quality/low-price clone that’s more dependable than the original and can be found used for less than $75

I've been window shopping for an OD pedal too and considered a lot of these options as well. Was going to pull the trigger on the EHX Bass Soul Food until I saw this video demo for the EHX Nano Battalion, which I hadn't initially considered. Seems perfect for me - and possibly you too - for that foundational mild OD sound, maybe even more so that the BSF.

Thank you alla guys.

BUT.

I only now just discovered the aftershock's deep tweaking, and now I know that it has the possibility to deeply tweak its internal eq.
My question: if I tweak the internal Eq of As equal the one on my b7k, then tweak the dist tone, theorically I could get the same distorted sound I got on my b7k.
So I can set it with two sounds, high and low drive, and... That's all.

Really gassed by this.

I'm not afraid of app or pc tweaking, so... Could it be a way?

The bass soul food is subtle. Maybe more than you’re looking for. The Hot Tubes is worth trying out. I like it but then I don’t play in your genre.

I find that distortion videos and demos don’t really help me know what my experience will be because they are so bass/string/rh attack dependent.

The hot tubes is organic and full and does not get lost on a loud stage the way I feel many distortion pedals tend to.
