help me decide!!!

Out the hundreds of bass brands and models why are these the choices? A little context into playing style and tone preferences and why you chose these will get more valuable feedback.
 
given the choices I think you want a modern glassy bass tone. probably you slap a little? the Peavey Cirrus are great basses easy to play versatile tonally etc. I have the fender version of the cirrus (Prophesy III) or if you want something that Looks cool (and I do actually advise that, I play better when I think I look the business) maybe the Thunderbird thing - although I've not played the Epiphone version I'm sure they're fine when set up well (true of nearly every bass)

But yeah those Cirruses.. Cirrae?.. Cirrusese? are good actually, if you don't mind the adult contemporary look of the thing.
