Another idea; The concept in the picture, but sized for your 2x12 cab height and your amp width.
It could also be just a board to sit on top of your cabinet that extends out to the width of the amp / feet. You can rout out or cut out the board to lay flat over / around any hardware (handle) on the top of the cab
