Help me get this tone!

Im not sure if this is in the right forum but anyways...

I was looking to get this tone

My gear is a Warwick double buck and a GK MB 210.

So pretty much my question is what should I set my settings to, to get this tone?

Bridge pickup + staccato playing off the fingertips?

You both have the same bass. He's using a MarkBass and you're using a GK - both high quality amps. And he says, in the comments, that he's running the pickups even and the controls flat.

So... you should be able to get that tone with exactly what you have.

Similar placement of your right hand will also help. Keep in mind that what you are hearing in the recording, played back through whatever you are using for listening, is not what it would have sounded like if you were in the same room.
