Assuming the bassist has the same bass in this video: ,
I believe it's called the Hondo II Professional. Dunno which specific model, but this link: New Hondo II "Professional" lolz was the only one I could find that had two P pickups

EDIT: Model name might be H-1016 or HD-1016.

Yes It's an HONDO professional bass H-1016 in browb sunburst, year 1981.
It comes from Matsumoku factory as my HP1216 I'm selling
