Done and done. Thanks
Yeah that's my alt.... but I don't wanna!Don't know if it matters, but I think (correct me if I'm wrong) the Matt Freeman and CV70's are pretty much identical spec aside from having maple fingerboard (b&b for the 70's). Nut width, radius and fret size are identical, IIRC. They're a bit more readily available than the hens teeth that are the 60's CV. Wish I grabbed one way back when.
Heck no! I saw that for $648There is an insanely high priced one on eBay

Old ad. I've called on that one several times. Here's a [Invalid or Expired Link Removed], up in the great white north.
I've been wanting one of these, too, after getting my hands on the '70s version, which has been stellar...
Different pickups and neck profile .
Neck is thicker. Pickup is hotter.

I'm on my 5th one. I've bought 1 from GC used online , 1 from MusicGoRound, 1 from Sweetwater as soon as it came off of backorder, and 2 used from this site posting a want to buy ad.
Oh it does sound great, it's just more aggressive than the thumpy 60's Pickup. I think it's modeled after a Seymour Duncan or 70's style pickup.Really? I remember the neck profiles feeling pretty similar. Has anyone ever taken a reading from each of the CV pickups and shared? I always thought the Freeman pup sounded fantastic.
DAMN!!!! thank you!!!!! Is this a legit deal? Seems so to me....Here's a [Invalid or Expired Link Removed], up in the great white north.
