Help me out here?

I have an interesting piece of tablature here, I'm not quite sure what to do in this situation.

Any idea what to do here? The part I find confusing is that not only is it a hammer on from the 7th fret to the 19th, but it's some how supposedly slapped. How can something be both a hammer on and a slapped note? I'm thinking that the tabber was mistaken but I don't know what they were mistaken about :\

Tap it? That'd give a hammer-on/pull-off between the two E's.

I don't slap, but would this make more sense?

Yeah that looks like the right thing to do here: skip up to the first string, jumping an octave. Except for the fact that OP's post states that the notes played on the higher string are supposed to be slapped (First an E and then a D sliding to an E). That looks a little unusual.

The thing would be fairly straightforward if the notes on the lower strings were to be slapped and those on the higher strings to be popped, i.e., if we were to slap the E on the A string and pop the E on the G string, then slap the E on the A string and pop the D on the G string, sliding to an E.

Some context could serve us well in this situation. Name of the song?
