Help me pick a new Dingwall color.

Of those choices, the Black Ceruse, without a doubt. And I’m a hardcore burst guy, so that tells you just how good the Black Ceruse looks!

Asking for opinions here may bring up a factor you hadn’t thought of before (not that there’s a gloss black in your choices, but one argument against gloss black is that fingerprints are very visible on that finish), so there’s some potential value in that. But ultimately it’s a case of “Your bass, your choice.”.

Will look forward to seeing pics of your choice once it arrives. .

In my opinion, if you go with a sunburst or natural color it will still keep looking like a " somewhat " normal bass.....unless funky and weird shapes and color is your thing...

I am quite partial to the Faded Blue Jean Burst over a flamed maple top.

They have so many cool colors, and the paint and finishes are top notch work.

I like icy blues and metallics for solid colors. Dyes and painted bursts over the figured woods.

The color shifting paints are also very nice.

They are very hot rod oriented, so if I could, I’d turn them loose with a medium flake base, and ask for ghost flames and candy touches. Let them reach deep into their bag of tricks.

Pick the one that YOU like the best. It's YOUR money and YOUR bass. Play what YOU like and LIKE what you play. That way, you are less likely to have regrets.

After thinking about colors for a while; I think it may be possible for some guys to be color blind without actually being color blind. That's me. 1000% percent of my emotions are tuned into feel and sound.
