hey guys i play in a tech death metal band we tune in b and some times a.
what i want is to keep it tight and bright with lower tunings, my low string is muddy and "wobbly" i want a brite, clicky sound with low-end still, id also like the stings to be some what tight (as in tension).
I'm lookin at Dr black beauty's now but what do you guys think?
i don't know to go with lower/higher gages? etc.
you all know your stuff so help me out!
