And a little more food for thought - once ebay (and PayPal, should you finalize your ebay transaction with it) get done taking all their cuts, is not as wonderful for sellers as it may seem!

Yeah, I can tell that eBay is making a gargantuan amount of money. All I have to do is look out my window at the new buildings being put up with millions upon millions upon millions of dollars of Meg Whitman's money.

Not really - I've mentioned before how there have been several documentaries on UK TV about people who have basically been bankrupted by an addiction to buying junk on eBay and then there are victims of fraud - the Police in most countries have reported eBay fraud as one of the biggest growth areas in internet crime - I've lost count of the cases brought to court involving hundreds of thousands of pounds, organised gangs - not to mention all those not yet caught...etc etc

Well, I think so... based on the description.."AND IN THE MIDDLE OF THE BACK SEEMS TO HAVE BEEN CUT OPENED IN THE DIAMOND DESIGN TO DO WORK ON IT AND THEN WAS REPLACED"

I'm going to follow everyones advice and steer clear...

As for the ebay debate... I have bought and sold a good number of items on the bay.... There have been times when items I sold went for a LOT more than it should have, but other times not. Some times, I am lucky to get good deals on items I wish to purchase... other times.. it's the same as if you were to buy it from a store. All in all... it is a great marketplace for everyone, you just have to be educated on the item in question.

As for this particular item... I appreciate everyone's input. I think I'll keep my eyes open for a better deal on a used something.. and in the meantime, I may rent.
