Help needed from an Ibanez serial number expert

I'm looking at an Ibanez BTB 5 string bass and cannot decipher the serial number in the photo provided. It is marked 'Korea' and the SN appears to read WZC21xx1, with 2 of the digits obscured/rubbed off.

Based on Korean SN schemes I can find on the interwebs, I can get W (World Musical Instruments) Z (December), then can't process the C - unless it was a zero that got partially erased. Anyone?

A quick comparison to other BTB 5 strings on Reverb indicates something odd about the back of that headstock.

Might want to stop in here.
