Help on pickup...Please!

    Hi guys, I'm new here and im just a beginner on bass, I current own a Squier Jazz bass and a cheap cheap Dean E09 (value package). I really love my Squier but i wanna keep my Dean also, cuz it's my first bass. So i wanna do some upgrade on it, i'd change the bridge and string already but can't find a pickup ,i've search on ebay but dunno which one will fit. If anybody know which pickup will fit my E09, please let me know. Thanks alot guys.

    Very few people will know the dimensions of the pickups on your Dean. I'd say if you are good with precise measurements then post those specs here (length, width, depth, and the width and center point placement of any "ears" or "tabs"). If you're not sure how to measure/report those accurately, take the bass into a shop that offers repair/upgrade services and ask them which pickups they think will fit. You may have to act like you want them to do the installation in order to get the info from them.
