Help: programmable click with presets

We'd like to tighten up our sound at church. A few of the drummers tend to vary the tempo quite a bit within a song, so I'm considering having the band play to a click track.

Ideally, I'd like a programmable click where at the start of a song the drummer presses a button, and the click tempo for a particular song starts. We'd need the ability to preset about six tempos per week.

Current setup for each band member is Westone UM-1's running into Rolls monitor boxes. I'm not sure what to purchase for a click, or how to incorporate it into our in-ear setup.

Personally, I hate playing to click tracks for live gigs. I'm not that fond of them in the studio to be honest, they limit the ability to just give the tempo a bit of a push on choruses and lay back a bit if needed. In my view, tempos that are locked solid with a click track sound rather sterile and, well, metronomic. I like tempos that don't drift or fluctuate wildly but can breathe a bit.

You might find that a BPM counter like [Invalid or Expired Link Removed] or this one may help your drummer keep tempo from racing or dragging but allow just that little bit of air
