Help reinstalling Suhr preamp

About a year ago I uninstalled the preamp in my Suhr Classic J. I took several photos of the preamp before I took out but alas, those photos appear to have been deleted.

It looks pretty simple. Not included in the photo is the dual volume knobs (I know how to wire those).

This is a 2-band pre

There are 4 wires and I'm thinking they go like this:

red: battery
black: ground
green: input or output
purple: input or output



Any help from Suhr owners or from electronics wizards appreciated!

BTW i seem to have misplaced the volume pots. I'm thinking they are either 25 or 50K but if you Suhr owners could check for me, much appreciated! Thanks.
