Help repairing peavey max combo amp

Your bottom pic shows a couple of cylinders with 220 stickers on top. If you notice, there are 2 screws to the right that are covered with red thread lock goop. Make sure those particular screws are tight.

I tightened them, they didn't seem loose, but it seems to have fixed the problem at least temporarily.

I cannot thank you enough.
 
Those are the heatsink clamps for the power amp. The power amp will current limit due to running hot and make a static kind of sound if those are not torqued down. Sorry about that. You must have an earlier one. Hopefully you're all set now.

Yeah, I bought it as soon as it was released in north america, so definitely early. Thank you a lot.
