I have had a first generation Barefaced Big Twin T for many years. It's a two-twelve speaker cab, with midrange 6" with 5db cut toggle switch plus tweeter with L-pad and ports along the front side. It is without a doubt the punchiest, cleanest, able-power handling cab I've ever used over my 40+ years of playing. I have had GK, Aguilar, Peavey, Carvin, Hartke, Genz Benz, and other cabs over the years. This cab is large enough to fill any room, even without PA support but small enough to get through doors, in vans/trucks at around 50 pounds. Tilt back with wheels with slip on cover so easy to maneuver. I've used it with GK 800, TC Electronics RH750, Ampeg Pro 4, and most recently a Aguilar Tone Hammer 500. About a year ago I transitioned to an ampless rig onstage and now go from pedalboard direct to PA. The bands I'm in now asked for this and although I much prefer an amp pushing air behind me, it's been a relatively easy change. Anyway, long story, short….the Barefaced cab is a monster cab that can handle anything thrown at it with clean and transparent tones. I have the cab still but realize I should sell it and let someone else enjoy it. I keep thinking I'll keep it and use it at some point but the older I get, it's more than likely not gonna happen. I'm in southwest Florida if anybody wants to buy and pick up but also wouldn't worry to hang onto it. But going back to your original ask, these Barefaced cabs are a great match, especially with high powered bass amps.
