Help wiring Bareknuckle pickups

I have just received my rewound hofner pickups, im trying to install them but im having trouble figuring out what the hell I should be wiring. Two pickups, three wires coming off each, two volume pots, two wires coming off each. I have obviously acquired an extra wire from bareknuckle but due to my complete lack of experience I dont know why! Please can some help explain how this can be wired.

Left pot is neck volume, middle is bridge, right is tone:

Each volume pot has 2 wires:

Each pickup has 3 wires:

Thanks for any help!

you shouldn't have those wires hanging off the volume pots, they should have stayed on the old pickups and been removed at the pots. go ahead and remove them.

the new wires are indeed likely to be the ends of the coil (white and black) plus a separate connection for the metal shielding around the pickup. white to the center volume pot lug and the other two to the back of the pot should do it.
