Help with amp/cab value, please

I have a friend with an Acoustic 370 head and 371 cabinet. Everything is in mint condition. It has had some maintenance by a local pro here, so I can't guarantee that it is all original.

ANyway, my buddy is thinking of getting rid of it, and he has fielded a few offers which I think are way too low. But I am no expert.

Any thoughts as to what this rig is worth?

Any idea what a good conditioned one of these is realistically going for these days? I have a line on one and dont want to overpay.
