I just bought an Ibanez SRF505F 5 string fretless bass. So far I am in love with it. Can't believe how light it feels. My question is this. This is my first time with a piezo pickup and I am at a loss as to how to set my amp which is a Rumble Stage 800. I know this amp has a ton of presets so I am asking for suggestions on how to get a clean but mellow almost Jaco like sound. I am not very tech savy so any suggestions would be appreciated. I am also thinking that a combo with a 15" might better suit my needs. I live on a second floor apt so a combo is my only option right now. I will be playing in church and occasionally Jazz, Fusion and Rock. Maybe someone out there with this bass can give some suggestions. Thanks and have a blessed day all.
