Help with Isn't She Lovely Chords

Hello,

I've recently began to teach myself theory bit by bit lately, and have recently started on the subject of chords. As one of the practice pieces, I've decided to settle on Vic's Isn't She Lovely arrangement. Namely, the opening chords he uses as his first loop. I seem to be a little lost on some chords, I've figured out some parts of the chord progression, but not all of it. It would be awesome if you guys could help, and perhaps suggest some tips on how to improve on chord/triad/arpeggio studies?

Tabbed out, the main chords go sometime like this:

-13----11----11----9----9----9----8----9-----
-11----10----9-----9----7----7----7----6-----
-12----12----11---------9---------------------
--------------------9---------9----9----7-----

In the video ( ) I believe he uses a tenor bass to play this out, but I'm converting it over for use on standard tuning, abit like how Frederico did it here ()

So, back to the chords, following the above tab, I've gotten about this far:

Amaj7, (?), G#m7, (?), F#m7, (?), (?), (?)

The (?) are basically the chords I can't figure out.
