Double Bass Help with missing string hold down piece on the head

Hi,
I am missing the piece on this bass that holds the strings down near the nut. It looks like it would be a bar with two screw holes to hold that in place. As is, the strings buzz a little as the tuners alone do not hold them low enough.
Does anyone know where to find a replacement that would work here?
I would appreciate any help with this.

I did, but didn't follow the link and didn't know Ken Smith had bass guitar stuff.
Anyway, a bass guitar related question should better be posted on the bass guitar side for various reasons.

Ken Smith doesn't "have" bass guitar stuff, he's a very well known maker of higher end bass guitars!

It is very hard to find a case to fit an angled headstock electric bass.

Leo had an eye for economy. And robustness. Angled headstocks are weaker than flat ones, generally speaking. Many more Gibson EB's have had headstock breaks than any Fender. For a laugh, have a look...

Actually, the instrument seems to hold up quite well to deliberate attempts to destroy it. Embarrassing for the performer, I would say. I wonder if Leo foresaw this kind of activity when he was developing his designs?

And the bass never really broke. Just stripped out the neck bolts and knocked off one wing along its glue line. Half an afternoon's work could make that baby playable again.

No, I would not. Those guys probably are union-trained and could bust a J Bass all to flinders in seconds.

I wonder if there is a training session dedicated purely to smashing instruments properly? As the video shows, it's not as easy as one might think
