Help with P Bass Tone

My experience is that I need to make my sound brighter than I like to sound good in a mix.

Saturation/drive helps too…

You see so many younger guys, all the gear, pedals, the works and still not sounding good and then you see their technique. 98% of all tone probs can be solved with tight and controlled technique.
