Help with power rating ...or something

HI.. well i got this homemade 2x10" cab, it's loaded with two carvin pro series speakers, 200 watts each, 8 ohms...
so what's my power rating for the cab (i don't know if this how i should ask what i'm looking for)?
is it 200 watts @ 8 ohms, or 400 watts @ 8 ohms, or 4 ohms?
hehehe sorry for my ignorance... i don't know if this info is enough to know... well can anyone?
