Ok I just got a new(used) bass that has extremely bad sound so I took it into a repair shop and they said I need new...everything and what is everything? Like this is a nice bass and i want to fix it so any prices also?

We could help You better knowing what bass You're talking about, brand , model, pickups arragement and of course a pic of the bass so we can see the general condition of it

Ok, I have been looking for a manual but no luck I think it is a SRA305 and the "bad sound" is whenever I plug it in to my amp and I try to play it will ether make no sound or will create this static that is, very loud, also it may work for a little bit but then if my cable twists more static, pictures are not very good I don't exactly know what you want but yeah.
If you can take a pic of the circuits into the cavity would help us to see any problem in the circuit, since what You say is usually a problem with the circuit of the bass, and not necessarilly a full replacement of the parts.
OK. What you really, really, really need to do is take it to a different shop with a competent tech that can properly diagnose it an give you a real answer instead of telling you it needs "everything".
Unless it was dredged from the bottom of a river or was used to fight a bear, there is no way that it needs "everything" replaced. Basically you have the pickup(s) the wiring, the pots (what the knobs turn), possibly a preamp and finally the jack (where the chord plugs in). If any ONE of these things is broken then you will get what you are describing. A competent tech will be able to use a multimeter to test all of the parts and figure out which ONE has failed. I can guarantee right now that you are wasting your time posting this inquiry on talkbass as without pictures and some decent electronic knowledge on your part, nobody will be able to help over the internet.
I really hope that you are able to get it repaired properly. It sucks having an instrument that doesn't work.

I took it to another store and they have it right now still looking at it they said they would be done by tomorrow, I don't have any pics of the circuits but I can give you guys pics if you think it is fake and Im just a silly kid like 80'sRocker...
I didn´ t ask you for pics thinking You were playing with us, I did it because sometimes some problems in the circuitry are visible, other problems need to be checked with care and using a multimeter.
The shop emailed me and said that the pots are causing the sound and said that they would replace them for around $50...Is that a good price?
