Help!!!

I have a 5 string Korean Tobias that I bought in 94. Its is all messed up now. The guitar itself is in great shape but the electronics (pickups, pots and circuit board) need to be replaced. Also the frets and nut need to be worked on. Anybody have any ideas who I can send it to? Please dont suggest replacing it. This guitar is dear to me. I live in Anchorage Alaska and Im pretty sure I dont want anyone here working on it...unless someone here knows someone good so I am looking to send it to someone....... Thanks Jack
