Very cool! I've seen a lot of VM necks on other bodies, but not the CV neck on a VM body. I like it.

They both look great. I really like that VM neck on the CV body. The main reason I went with a VM over a CV was for the neck. These pics have me thinking of doing the same thing. Was there any modding or fitting issues with either, or was it a direct swap?

pretty close , the CV neck on the VM body was mine, the CV neck was a scad smaller than the VM neck, but it lined right up and really plays great. I am totally stoked with the bass,

i am going to put some Fralins in it and CTS 250k pots, will more than likely take it apart and sand all the shiney off it

i had to sand a little bit of the pocket on mine. It was literally just a little smidge off. But once it popped in, it was perfect.
