I think that they need some better colours, those are just drab, IMHO :hmm:.

Maybe, but those are fairly standard Gibson colors. I'm guessing the mahogany and solid black and white aren't available to differentiate the pro series from the regular.

I think the five in burst would be cool. And that's the choice MF doesn't have in stock.

As for active electronics, I used to be biased towards passive basses, but now I've learned not to assume an active bass is going to sound a certain way. I always think a passive option is a good idea, but I'd have to hear it to tell you whether it is good that this bass is active.

Whatever, I'd think this ought to be a decent seller for an Epiphone.
