Hey guys I’m Justin from Boston, Ma. Im a long time musician (primarily guitarist), And builder of recording, pro-audio, and live instrument audio equipment.
Studio mic pre’s, rack-mount compressors, Fx, Eq’s.. Etc
Transistor & Valve guitar amplifiers & high voltage preamp modules for guitar is my wheelhouse. Particularly vintage inspired tube amplifiers & and fx pedals.

**Im hoping to discuss the technical gear nerd stuff and the couple decades of E. Bass I’ve missed. The growth of diy & aftermarket bass parts-electronics-and amplification (Phil Jones’ huge sounding; mini speaker cab & amps OMG!!)
That’s available nowadays is absolutely staggering!!

I can remember if you wanted to mod a bass you had either Bartolini (who was mainly making builder exclusive pickups ie; MTD & Pedulla), OR you could send out a check in a stamped envelope to Lindy Fralin with note indicating either Jazz Or P-bass model ( 4 string vintage J-single coils or a p-bass replacements for US Fender’s, no 5,6,7 strings, noiseless split-coil, voicings or mounting specs!!)

Hmm.. I’m not 100% certain how to respond here. The thing is I repair & build audio gear 95% of the time either for myself as a a hobbyist or for friends and a handful of local musicians typically as a favor.
However, it is true that I sell somewhere between 3-12 of my my designs (for marginal profit) per year..
-Frankly Ive never considered this to be more than what I began at age 12; tearing things apart and putting them back together out of curiosity..
However, If you still feel that by not having myself listed as a full time commercial business user. I’m in conflict with the rules here, or simply being misrepresentative & dishonest by omission. I will immediately address and comply with your requests and make all necessary changes!! Thank You
