I'm a newbie here. Just taken the plunge and bought a 2nd hand upright bass after playing guitar for a while.
Enjoy rockabilly, country and some psychobilly. I've always been told I'm an old slapper, so I guess they were right!
Looking around for a bass teacher in the Surrey/West Sussex (UK) area. They are thin on the ground
If there's one thing I learned from the guitar, it was that learning bad habits from self-teaching take a long time to lose, so this time I'll save myself the time. Perhaps.
